Its my third stay in Bless because of how my previous stays were! This time, i was beyond disappointed of my entire experience! Zero attention, delayed service, no promised perks given as a gold member in another platform and delay over an hour to delivering the luggage in room. I was sat on dirty tables with no rush to cleaning them and had my order forgotten more than once.
Honestly and if this is the level Bless will continue with, its no value whatsoever for the money spent; youre better off staying in a 3-4 star hotel at least youll pay less and you will not be disappointed.

Many problems , first the room I was put initially was the bathroom full of insects, the rugs and sofa dirty, the second one they said was an upgrade witch I know it wasn’t , we did not like the service terrible staff the same , will never go back.

Regular stay at the Bless
The hotel is nice, it's just not worth the price they are asking for, too expensive for the service and the amenities of the hotel.
