Great hotel, I didn't make the trip this time due to the storm in Ireland and they still charged me the full balance for the cancellation even after showing the flight cancellation docs. Poor from management but I sort of understand that I should have bought a cancellation protection. Still, this is the last time I will book here for sure.

I’m thankful for the hotel reception, they checked us in early about 10am or 11am. Everything was nice and smooth.

We spend a weekend in Madrid in this hotel. Good location near El Retiro and Barrio Salamanca. Perfect to explore the city.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. It is not too close to the center (20-30 min by public transportation). I would recommend it

Always a pleasure to return to this hotel.Staff always welcoming and a nice friendly face makes you feel at home.Rooms cleaned to a high standard and in a nice quiet part of the city but with good transport close by.Can’t wait to return again.
