The location of the hotel is very good, but it is a self-service hotel without a front desk. Check-in is very troublesome and you have to rely on yourself. There is a fee for cleaning during your stay. The air conditioner in the room is basically a decoration. I contacted the hotel and they said the air conditioner has been repaired, but when I went back, I found that they had only added a fan. The room we stayed in was noisy, and there was a garbage truck in the middle of the night which was very scary. The bed was enough for a family of four.

I enjoyed the stay overall, the studio rooms are very comfortable but the customer service is all virtual so they don't have personalized assistance in my opinion, it's good but I would have liked someone to be physically at the reception. 👍🏻

When I originally booked a room here, it was stated that there was a 24-hour front desk service. But when I went to the hotel, I discovered that I needed to check in online, and there would be no manual service. I did not receive an email notification in advance. I had to use the intercom to ask the staff to find out. I did not receive the information because I did not give them the email address I left when I booked a room here. In addition, I also mentioned that there is a concierge service before, but after asking them, I found out that if the luggage is left unattended, there is no security at all! Since I arrived early, I couldn't store my luggage first, so I had to go to the street with a lot of luggage and wait until 3 o'clock before I could check in. This is a really bad experience! ! There was a strong musty smell when you entered the room. You had to spray perfume to barely cover it up, but after being out for a whole day, the musty smell returned again. However, the facilities are quite complete, there are cooking equipment and tableware, and the TV can also be connected to the phone for playback.
