This two star hotel exceeded my expectations regarding the room and the breakfast (for only 5 euros per day per person you get a great buffet). It's located near one of the metro line of Madrid. The street where it's located is full of shops,supermarkets and places to eat. For visiting tourists spots you can either walk or take the metro. I recommend this hotel!!! If you wanna visit Madrid!!!

Basic no frills hotel situated on busy road. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast is adequate. The staff was not friendly or helpful. They advertise snacks and drinks available 24 hours, it’s a vending machine.

We were 4 friends from out of town and one of them got sick, so we decided to book him a room at this hotel. We left our friend in his room as we were leaving in a few hours. We left him in his room at 10pm and went to pick him up at 7am as we were leaving Madrid. The man at reception, who refused to give us his name (a Latino man in the early hours of Saturday or Sunday 2nd-3rd), wouldn't let the three of us go up to the room to get our sick friend. He left us at the front door in -2 degrees. You have to be inhuman. I'd like to know how he would feel if they did that to your son. We were only going to pick up our friend as our flight was leaving in an hour. People like this should be unemployed. I hope they take action against this employee. If they look at the timesheet from early morning on March 2nd to 3rd, they'll know who he is. Thank you.

The location was good and, most importantly, next to the metro. The reception and the entrance, with the feeling of a 4-star hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel 4C Bravo Murillo per quattro notti durante la nostra vacanza a Madrid; e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene. La camera è spaziosa e molto pulita, ed il bagno è bello grande: è munito anche di bidet, oltre che di una doccia nella quale si sta comodamente anche in due. Purtroppo, però, l'insonorizzazione è praticamente nulla, per cui patirete tutti i rumori della strada; e vi sembrerà che voi e tutti gli altri ospiti condividiate tutti insieme un grande stanzone. Meglio munirsi di tappi per le orecchie! Peccato perchè il letto, seppur non molto largo, è invece davvero confortevole. La colazione è piuttosto misera: solo un paio di opzioni "basic" per quanto riguarda il dolce, ed un'unica alternativa salata consistente in pane tostato e vasetti di creme spalmabili... urge aumentare la varietà! In compenso, il personale è gentilissimo e si fa in quattro per aiutare i clienti. Ottima anche la posizione: la stazione della Metro Estrecho si raggiunge in meno di 1 minuto a piedi.
