We booked two rooms, one room had a balcony with a great view, the rooms were very clean and cosy, the location is great, right in the city center, one of the best places we have stayed at in Madrid

At the very city center of Madrid. Small and cozy, perfect for a couple of nights. Be aware it could be very noisy in summer.

The location is very good, right in the Plaza del Sol, and it is convenient to walk to the main attractions in the city. The biggest problem is that it is too noisy. There is a bar downstairs, and the Spanish people almost don't sleep all night, singing and shouting. It is basically impossible to sleep well all night. It will not be quiet until 7 or 8 in the morning, and it will be completely quiet at 9 in the morning.

Good hotel, great location, in the center, everything within walking distance, lots of cafes and bars around! The only thing is that it's noisy at night, everyone's out until the morning and you can't sleep in silence))) I traveled in February and the room itself was very cold and the air conditioning didn't work, that's a minus! Otherwise, everything's ok ☺️

The location here is superior, so I found it as soon as I came here. However, land in the downtown area is very expensive. In terms of facilities and hotel environment alone, the hotel I changed to later beat this place. The comfort of staying there is soaring. If you don't mind If you take the subway, you can actually choose a hotel that is relatively out of the city center. You can find hotels with much better environment and facilities at the same price.
