The hotel is very nice, quiet and exceptional. I highly recommend it.

The locaiton and the room was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Our room was upgraded without any charge. Rooftop was amazing

Every thing was good and we enjoyed our stay, howecer there was an issue with the A/C of the room and it was hot.

The hotel location is more than excellent, right in the middle of Gran Via, the Main Street In Madrid.the hospitality is very warm and sincere. The gentleman in the reception gave me an early check in when he knew I was flying over night. Jo, I hope the name is correct , was looking after my luggage, he’s a very friendly person. The room was very comfortable and modern , the breakfast was amazing . Simply everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend it and will stay in it next time in Madrid

The location is very convinient as it is close to the Gran Via metro station. However, the room is a bit small for two persons, providing that we had two luggages. Also, the facilities is a bit old. The receptionists were super friendly and warmly remind us about the traffic conditions during the weekend.

Amazing location, pretty much right in the city centre so close to lots of restaurants, bars & shopping! Food was also fab but slightly pricey. Rooms were super clean & had all you needed in them but were a little on the smaller side. Would highly recommend staying there tho !!
