They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city). They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back."

Because the hotel is environmentally friendly, it provides recycled glass bottles of water. However, there is a 24-hour supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy it. The price is not expensive. If we come to Madrid next time, we will choose this hotel again, but we hope that the hotel front desk can strengthen its service attitude. "Location is excellent near the shopping district and metro station. The only thing about the room is, there isn’t any comfortable sofa seat or arm chair that you can rest on without dirtying the bed. Also, it’s cold at 11 degree, but you have to request for blanket. The room doesn’t comes with any blanket if you do not request for it. It’s weird. Overall, ok with the hotel"

It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see.
