Very easy access and a great location. The room is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. I recommend this place. The cleanliness rating is for the bathroom, but that was to be expected considering it's shared.

Hotel location is very good. In the same line with the main stations, several stations far from the city center. Nearby a big supermarket Mercadona, and too many affordable shops around. Personal are so kind, room has been cleaned every day, the bathroom was clean enough, the breakfast would be better, interior was too beautiful. Also thanks to you i remember Madrid with positive emotions🙏🏼❤️

The hotel is very clean, I liked everything, the staff is polite, convenient location and free luggage storage, there is a separate kitchen, you can cook yourself and drink tea) I liked the cleanliness of the room most of all

The traffic is more convenient, three subway stations from Chamartin Railway Station, just walk down a short walk. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. The hotel rooms are quite satisfactory and the beds can be lifted and lowered.

The location is very good, there is a big shopping mall next to it, it is very clean and new, there may be no reason for people. The boss is also very good, and a bit handsome, that is, no ventilation, no kitchen

Everything is wonderful, except for breakfast.. a couple of cruissans and pasta with bread.. well, not very much

The hotel looks like an old apartment remodeled. One bedroom and one living room, the bedroom can sleep two people, the living room has a sofa bed, and the living room has a mini kitchen. The facilities are old, the elevator door is opened outside, and I don't know how to open the elevator door at first 😐 Especially the air conditioner sound is very loud, and I can't sleep without turning off the air conditioner at night. The appearance of the hotel thought that the factory, especially the hotel door, was a double-opened iron door. On the first day, I didn't pay attention. The hotel is a bit far from the bus station.

Good place to stay, the hotel was clean and kept tidy by daily refresh. However, the size of the room was super small, lacking space and good light inside the room. The cleaning lady was super nice, however at the reception it depends who you found. Some of them were just unpleasant.

The cleanliness of the room and common areas was outstanding. The room itself was quite spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. The location was also ideal, conveniently situated near public transport options, making it easy to reach the city center. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious buffet breakfast. It was a great way to start my day and fuel up for my adventures. However, I would have appreciated the addition of a kettle in the room and complimentary water for guests. This small touch would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, space, and excellent location!
