It was okay, but its location was very frustrated me. There are many hotels in such an industry area.. absolutely no shops at all. We arrived at dinner time, there are nowhere to buy foods and snacks except vending machines and its own cafe. We ended up calling uber to go to nearest shop which was carrefour express ( petrol station)and uber back. If we knew the location like that we won't choose this hotel. Well, other than that it was ok.

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.
It’s perfect if you are doing transit because the airport is very close. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay again without a doubt! 😊
B&B Hotel Madrid Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 is a great option for travelers needing a comfortable stay near the airport. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a good Wi-Fi connection. The 24-hour reception and free coffee in the lobby are a nice touch for those arriving late or leaving early. However, getting to the airport requires either a taxi or a more complicated trip using public transport. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay or a layover in Madrid.
As any Crowne, it’s nice. Good bar with tasty food and warm welcoming check in front desk. The room itself is clean, but as an Euro style, the beds are always combined by two singles. This gives back pain. The location is nice to the airport, and easy public transportation to go into center Madrid. Well, overall, I’d recommend this hotel for the airport connection.
It is close to the airport and provides a good free airport transfer. Has good water pressure and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately my stay was not comfortable as there is no temperature control for the rooms. The first room I was given was crazy hot, so they switched my room and during the night the room was very cold. This made for an uncomfortable night, so uncomfortable that i cancéleles a future reservation I had with them.

Great
AAllyYSThe stay was fantastic! Check the schedule of the hotel 🔁 airport shuttle bus. They are really punctual. Comfy beds, clean room and friendly front desk. Nothing more i could ask for!
IIDMWIt would be beneficial to have pick-up information available on a website rather than having to call, so people do not get confused or lost at the airport. This would enhance the overall experience.
DDr. Julio BernalMe encantó este hotel. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely nice. Joaquin, Paula, Ruben, and many others were very kind and helpful with our needs. There is a bus (146) that runs every 10 minutes and will pass through many attractions. At first I was concerned about the location of the hotel but it was just great. Great restaurants in a walking distance. I will definitely stay in the Melia AV America again. Thank you for your hospitality.
GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent for a stopover before catching a flight. I've stayed here several times. Except for the fact that breakfast is not included, everything else is very good. There is a big mall about 10 minutes' walk away where you can go shopping and eat. There is a gas station and a few simple fast food restaurants not far away opposite. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which runs every half an hour and only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. It is very convenient.
JJocelyn PaguadaRoom was spacious exactly wgat we needed we were a sports team n parents for a one night stay comfy beds.
I think we forgot to ask for the toothpaste n stuff there was soap.
Breakfast was great the kids loved it very accommodating we had a family leaving by 6:30 am n staff ensure they left with boxed breakfast.
Shuttle was awesome informative n helpful setup at check in time worked out. Great duo for lovely staff all around.
Many 10 min walking bar n near hotel as well has atm n restaurants very close to airport was the part for our hectic schedule.
SSara ValverdeIt was quiet for just one night, very close to the metro so we could go to the center of Madrid. With free parking.
The only flaw was that the room was for two adults and one child and they only had two towels for bathing.
GGuest UserThe linens in the rooms are a little old, but everything else is perfect. The cleanliness is safe and convenient. If you travel alone with your children, the 146 bus can take you to all popular attractions except the stadium. It is very convenient. There are many free parking places around the rental car, and the public security is also good. There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Except that the linens are a little old, everything else is very satisfactory. Breakfast is rich in fruits, and the whole wheat bread toast is delicious, but the coffee feels very average. There are parks around and you can run.
SShijiewuxianda^_^Close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport; sanitary facilities and services are good; there is nothing around, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is a little expensive, there are restaurants in the nearest residential area, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk, there is a localized Chinese restaurant Restaurant (I don't like it personally, but it is Chinese food after all, and I have eaten several times), opposite the restaurant is a small shop opened by Chinese people, and the food is very cheap. Before returning to China, you have to go to the city center to do nucleic acid. The bus + subway line 6 is very cheap. There is a 283 bus at the door (closed on weekends and holidays). There are four buses that can be used for 1 km, and then transfer to the subway line 6. Uber takes a taxi for 25 euros to the nucleic acid point in the city.
