Great hotel modem clean ! Queen size bed so comfy with out the plastic mattress protector we had to remove it as it was really noisy and hot . Would benefit from extra pillows as they are extremely soft no variety. Tea and coffee in room however they are very tight with the milk only one per day per adult . Weather has been warm could have done with the pool being open even though it was outside Also lacking bar food through the day you can only get food in the restaurant which isn’t open in the day no snacks machines no shops locally

This hotel is in a great location. It's on a street with many interesting stores and restaurants and leads right out to several large plazas with patios to eat and drink at. The Gran Via is a short walk. Really great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was large, however, the doors to the rooms are all kind of ”spring loaded” and they slam shut. There's really not much you can do to avoid this, so consequently, you hear all of the doors on your floor and the ones above you slamming throughout the day -- which can wake you up several times if you aren't on the same schedule as your neighbours. Additionally, the walls seem paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking. Bed was comfortable. There are black out blinds. The safe is easy to use and there is plenty of space to unpack your belongings.
