The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The hotel breakfast was excellent, starting at 7 AM. There was a wide variety of options, including plenty of ham, olive oil, and diced tomatoes, allowing you to make your own Spanish ham sandwiches. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Terminal 4 every half hour. You don't need to book in advance when going from the airport to the hotel; just wait at the bus stop. However, you do need to reserve your spot for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Be aware that tax refunds at Madrid Airport can be very slow, so if you have an early morning flight, I recommend allowing plenty of extra time (more than 3 hours). The front desk staff, especially one woman, was very enthusiastic, and the shuttle driver who picked us up was also very kind. However, one very rude, heavy-set white male driver on the airport drop-off service was completely unhelpful. He not only didn't offer to assist passengers with their luggage, but when I asked for help because my bags were too heavy, he actually turned his back and walked away. He definitely heard my request, as he had just been speaking to me in English a moment before. I can't understand such a lack of empathy.

Good location, convenient travel, and good service attitude, the tip waiter we stayed in the room did not charge, the room was clean and warm, very good.
