The hotel facilities are top-notch, easily 4-star. It's conveniently located with three subway lines nearby, and there are two supermarkets next door – one for general groceries and one high-end. The front desk staff are very welcoming. However, the cleaning staff are a bit of a letdown; one day they forgot to restock the tissues, and another day they didn't replace the hand towels. Plus, when I asked her a question, she seemed quite reluctant to help.

Honestly, there's not much to say – this is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Madrid. It's the pinnacle of four-star hotels in Spain.
They offer numerous complimentary airport shuttles daily, which is incredibly convenient. It's a preferred hotel for many airlines, so you often get to enjoy breakfast alongside flight attendants!
