The sanitary environment is good, but some details can still see the traces of history, such as my door can not be closed without force (after gently bringing it, it sounds like it is closed, but you have to push hard, you can open the door without swiping the card) and the pool is very slow. It should be blocked
Location is OK, nearby is the cuczo subway station, there is a 7×24 Carrefour nearby
The service is not bad, 7.28 birthday sent a bottle of sparkling wine, but there is no free bottled water, there is a mini bar, but all charges, including mineral water
The facilities are a bit old, but the price performance is very high. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool, and the children are not happy enough. Parking is not very convenient, but breakfast is very good! The hotel is at a great location, and there are big brands nearby.
The location of the hotel is very close to the US Embassy in Spain, and is also close to the luxury street. The location is very good. The rooms are also very quiet, that is, the facilities of the hotel are a bit old, and there is no such thing as a high-end hotel.

Hotel location is good, the main street is not noisy, the subway is at the entrance of the hotel, surrounded by eating and drinking, the staff service attitude is very good and very kind. The hotel is remodeled in the old building, the facilities are old, the room is not big, the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The price/performance ratio is not bad, after all, in the center of Madrid.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the magnificent palace-like building, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded me.
The hotel's location in the heart of Madrid's historic center is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me.
The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism.
The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. The on-site restaurant also surpassed my expectations with its delectable cuisine, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors.
Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. The preservation of the building's architectural heritage, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, creates an unforgettable experience.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid exceeded all expectations. It is a true gem in the heart of Madrid, offering a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in the vibrant capital city of Spain.
The service. There is no staff available to support with baggage. Providing the baggage cart helps, however, expecting help from people to load baggage.
Transfer to the airport. Efficient service, however, the same problem. Nobody helps to get the baggage up to the bus that you take to the airport.
The bathroom is open in the bathroom that NOT prevents the water from leaving the bathroom, the floor is completely wet and risking swallowing****.

This is a local hotel group. The service is really too general. When I checked in, I waited for a long time and the staff kept talking because I didn't understand Spanish and thought they were saying something. After a while, I didn't look right. I asked before I said, oh, it turned out that you want to check in, she doesn't know 🤷♀️ dizzy! What is the queue at the front desk without check-in? The size of the hotel room is OK, but the facilities are really not five stars. The price of 161 days is basically no price/performance ratio. I regret not choosing the hotels in the international chain, and the intercontinental is almost 2200 to 2500. The most important thing to note is that Trip.com gave the label of this hotel's parent-child hotel on the page of the hotel reservation. I also set this for this. However, the hotel's swimming pool does not accept children under six years old. And, swimming is required to be reserved in advance... Understandably, the hotel swimming pool is not big, so an appointment is required, but at least the front desk should inform you when you check in? The children happily changed their swimsuits and went down, not allowed to swim, and left disappointed. I quickly tried to make an appointment, but the person in charge of the appointment went to make a spa for the guests. I don't know when I can return to the reception desk... Fortunately, I met a very enthusiastic staff and helped contact and coordinate. Finally, I said that I would make an exception for the children to swim once, but the ~ can be from 8 pm to 8:45 pm... Although I am very grateful to this staff, the children have already slept at that time 💤 and finally disappointed that they were not able to swim. Always ask me why the children are not allowed to swim. Yuan can try his best to explain that it is the negligence of his mother and there is no appointment. If you are also booking for the parent-child label, then you must think twice. When booking, this hotel has always been on the top. It is estimated that the commission for Trip.com should be relatively high, or buy a recommended location. The price is not bad, but it is really so-so.
Great location, very close to the airport, the room is beautiful and impeccable, and the attention is unmatched, they are not asked to provide us with a superior room for free, just because we booked a separate bed, they realized that we were a couple Couple traveling, thank you very much, we will definitely repeat it.

DDr. Julio BernalMe encantó este hotel. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely nice. Joaquin, Paula, Ruben, and many others were very kind and helpful with our needs. There is a bus (146) that runs every 10 minutes and will pass through many attractions. At first I was concerned about the location of the hotel but it was just great. Great restaurants in a walking distance. I will definitely stay in the Melia AV America again. Thank you for your hospitality.
SSelinaExcellent stay from start to finish. Clean and we were offered an upgrade for a mere 12 Euros. Beautiful room. The breakfast was fantastic! Worth every penny! Highly recommend this hotel! Perfect! Not so far away from the center with local transport. Also really close to the terminals. Free shuttle service on time! Great.

GGUOHUANSuper invincible recommended recommendation! It's a little farther from the old town, not too far from the train station and the Prado! It is also close to the subway. The breakfast is delicious! The room is good too!
闫闫The location is very good, very close to the subway. In the urban area, there is a discount in the cosmetics store opposite the diagonal, which is much cheaper than the duty-free shops. The size of the room is ok, the bathroom is large and well equipped. The breakfast is also good, the juice is really squeezed in the fruit. The only thing is that there is no hot water bottle, no hot water
