Gopal's service was exemplary; he meticulously arranged everything from dining reservations, massage, adding convenience to my stay. The foot massage and therapy services were another highlight of my visit, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. Although I initially encountered some mosquitoes in the room, this issue was promptly addressed by the attentive housekeeping staff, who demonstrated great efficiency and attention to detail. They ensured that the room was spotless, from the polished floors to the neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping quickly rectified any cleanliness issues, especially with the dirty floor, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards. The bar and club offerings were remarkable, featuring a wide selection of beverages and an inviting atmosphere. The attentive bartenders crafted exquisite cocktails, enhancing the overall experience. The view from my room was breathtaking, providing a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings including the Meenakshi Temple. Although the temple view room I was in, it had a view of the temple, which was much more further than I had anticipated. The flower lady at reception added a personal touch to my stay, providing charming flower arrangements for my Mum's hair, which she adored. My driver also had high praise for the service he received, claiming it was among the best he had ever encountered. The hotel staff treated him with respect and ensured he had everything he needed for a comfortable stay, including prompt assistance and refreshments. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Madurai to anyone visiting the area. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and thoughtful details makes this hotel a top choice. I would certainly choose to stay there again, knowing that I would be in capable and caring hands.
