Stayed here for a couple of nights on an Intrepid Tour of South India. Hotel in need of total refurbishment especially the rooms which were poor and quite dirty. Bed okay. Mould in bathroom on back of door and ceiling. Breakfast was basic but okay. Staff were friendly. Not recommended.

Beds comfy, pillows fine. But… Windows dirty on inside, around metal frames. Sometimes the water bottles lids were unsealed, I was really sick and diarrhoea, and I can only put it down to the juice at the hotel on the first night. I wouldn’t be surprised if they added non mineral water to their juice. And then my room mate got sick too - she’d had the juice at breakfast. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. Everything generally very poor.

Germ-anus location is a plus point with various conveyances easily available. They have a good buffet breakfast spread. They also have a good restaurant for north indian food, and a separate reasonably priced local food restaurant. Surprisingly, the hotel staff has been extra attentive and helpful. We are very satisfied with the quality of our stay at this reasonably priced hotel.

They tout luxury hotel but the time has come for a refresh. Simple things will make a big difference 1. Clean the grout in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is fine. 2. Repaint the rooms and hallways. 3. Allow for a/c to be adjusted vs only off/on. 4. The sheets and towels are aged and it shows. Get new ones!

Changed room twice. First room had extensive mould in the bathroom. Second room found a cockroach in the bed, third room barely adequate. Key card didn’t work had to get reception to re-set it every time we wanted to get in. Bathroom became a wet room when the shower was used. No bathroom ventilation so remained damp, hence the mould. Restaurant food quality poor compared to what we have experienced on our travels so far. Would suggest travelers give this one a miss and look elsewhere.

This hotel is well beyond its “use by” date with the bedrooms urgently in need of renovation. Our bathroom was damp and mouldy with the sheets and towels grey and stained. After two room changes we concluded that this hotel is best avoided if you can.
