The restaurant manager was friendly, but I ordered local beer, but they brought me imported beer without explanation, so I thought it was local.
The price was obviously expensive. - I wish the staff's order service was more communicative with the customer.
The overall service was good.
I got an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
I requested a taxi at the information desk - I confirmed the price to the employee and got in, but the taxi driver's toll fee was added to the price suggested by the hotel [This should be included in the taxi fare in advance] - The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [ Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - This should be notified to the customer in advance and the taxi fare should be stated / Special cooperation with the taxi company affiliated with the hotel is necessary /

The Hotel is located in the outer skirt of Madurai. It is near to Airport Madurai and Rameshwaram highway. Smart Rooms with WIFI, good resturant, key controlled lift, centralised A/c, twenty four hrs resturant service for hot drinks i.e. tea/coffe/filter coffee, hot and cold water supply in washroom. Better pillow, mattress, very open view. Smart and supportive staff to ensure easy access to hotel room and Resturant. The lunch is having better taste and quality.

Close to Madurai international airport less than 5 km from Meenakshi Amman Temple. Hotel offers accommodation with few restaurants and free WiFi throughout the property as well. Comfortable Rooms. Very Good Breakfast. very friendly Staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Madurai. TN India.

Excellent place to stay in Madurai, very nice staff, thanks to reception team of us helping Venkat jagan and Ashavery clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable parking. Overall good experience. Will recommend to this friend and family member look forward for the next visit
