The restaurant manager was friendly, but I ordered local beer, but they brought me imported beer without explanation, so I thought it was local.
The price was obviously expensive. - I wish the staff's order service was more communicative with the customer.
The overall service was good.
I got an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
I requested a taxi at the information desk - I confirmed the price to the employee and got in, but the taxi driver's toll fee was added to the price suggested by the hotel [This should be included in the taxi fare in advance] - The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [ Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - This should be notified to the customer in advance and the taxi fare should be stated / Special cooperation with the taxi company affiliated with the hotel is necessary /

Stylish excellent Hotel in madurai with elegant features. Food was really yummy and spl authentic madurai food festival is going Pandiya Nadu celebration is new to us. Enjoyed well Will back to again in madurai. All staffs were good n hospitality n service in spl mention Asha from reception. Chef spl menu are really appericable

With my family and kids we enjoyed Pandya Nadu food festival. All chefs has done their best by giving a fabulous local food. Especially Chef Gopi made another feather in is cap with his team. Quadruple room is really excellent for a family of four adults. Food in the restaurant is also good, they have all types of food. Front office executive Ms Asha did the check in process and check out process really pleasant and easy.

This was awesome hotel staff was good and food quality js best in class. Was with the family and we enjoyed the rooms and roof top was great and having all type of foods and cleaning was also perfect in all area wirh well parking and staff is also very courteous

The Ambiance was too good. It’s Near the Airport. The Staff members are kind and friendly. Food and Liquors are bit expensive but outside food from Zomato & Swiggy are allowed. they also provide complimentary breakfast for room bookings which was really Great.
