It is so far from downtown Chiang Mai that it is almost impossible to get to and from the city by Grab or taxi. It would be a good idea to look for a way to have your accommodation provide a shuttle bus.

The accommodation is okay.
If you want a quiet and secluded place in Maerim,
it's a good place.
There are no convenience stores or restaurants around,
but if you have a motorcycle, you can stay without any problems,
and you can go to restaurants and cafes with a nice atmosphere close enough.
It's small, but there's a swimming pool, and it's good value for money.
