"I had the best time here at the resort and the most kind caring and helpful staff! They picked me up from the airport when I flew in at night and shared a lot of laughter! There is food you can order at the resort bar and make sure to bring cash as we were in a forest! I highly recommend this place and I hired a professional photographer if you are solo traveler to get that insta shot! Thank you to everyone here and I hope to come back in the future!"
"Everything was excellent. Recommended: the food, the service, the views, the tour, and my sister's attention. L... is the best at that hotel. Thank you... L... you are the best."
"if you are planning to go to the elepant camp, then its a good palce to stay in this hotel, as you dont have to wake up very early and finish the whole trip very tired.
Nay(the host) was friendly and helpful, and he's the local and owned this property(hotel). he gave us a few options for the activities to do in mae win area, such as bamboo rafting, feeding and bathing elephant, learning the procedures to the rice growing. it was fun and convenient to go, because nay drove us to those places and arranged the local tour guide for us. my 5 years old kid was loving everything there. I also love the coffee there, well made.
But i have to say, there was only one staff there, she cooked and cleaned everything. I had to talk to her through the translation app, but it was still difficult to communicate, i assumed she was a bit new for everything. apart from that, the view of this hotel was nice and the host was professional.oh, and we got a bit issue when we were leaving hotel, the host kindly gave us time to stay a bit longer. so here to say thanks:)"
"This accommodation cannot be compared with normal hotels. I stayed in the room on the edge of the river. The room was very primitive. There was no air conditioner, no signal, no WiFi, no phone, no towel, toothbrush, slippers, only shower gel, bottled water and an electric fan. The mountain road is really difficult to walk, especially on rainy days. My elephant call that morning was cancelled because the water level was too high for the elephants to come over on a rainy day. The host is not very professional, so I have to take the initiative to ask. The call was cancelled early and no one notified me. I was waiting in the room stupidly because there was no phone in the room, no WiFi, and the mobile phone had no signal in the village room. If you have anything, you have to walk to the reception to ask. Long distances are dirt roads. In fact, it is much more convenient to live in the mountains. But I still think it's worth it. Although not an enjoyable experience. But it's a really special process. I chose to take a bath with an elephant for 1200 baht per person. It was fun. This is an elephant conservation purpose. There will be a chance to go again."

"The hotel is unique that you are able to have a close contact with elephants, I did arrange elephant morning call and bathing in the river, what a good experience for my family.
The hotel is so close to nature that mosquitoes, flies, and other insects you can’t get rid of, you need to get along with them!
It is not fair to compare the amenities with that of any five stars hotels in chiang mai, you can choose, pick or stay at a cozy five stars hotel with your family but I am quite sure it is not easy to have such a close contact with nature and elephants at any five stars hotels in the city.
If you are looking for a nice swimming pool with a fruity smoothies in hands, this is not a hotel for you! If you are looking for a close contact with nature especially elephants, I am sure this is the hotel you are looking for!"
"I really fell in love with this hotel. On the first day of my stay, I hoped to come back next time to experience it for three days. It was really beautiful. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the stream, the air was super good. I was also very happy to hear the elephants waking me up in the morning. I can only say it was great! ! ! People who are afraid of cold can wash up as soon as they check in. The temperature is lower at night. Overall, I would like to stay here again next time. It is very relaxing."

BBulabulabeeThe accommodation is not far from Chiang Mai city, about 1 hour drive. The hotel read the comments and arranged the room according to the information. I recommend that if you don't want to have a problem with the plastic smell of the tent, you should pay to upgrade to a round house room.
- The bathroom is not very clean. There are spider webs and insects in various places. I understand that since it is a resort, the bathroom is outside the tent, but I think it should be cleaner.
- As for the tent, I recommend that if you want to sleep during the day, you should avoid it because the plastic smell of the tent is very bad. You can't enjoy sleeping in the tent at all.
