O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, tudo super limpo e o atendimento maravilhoso. Tudo perfeito. Tem estacionamento próprio e restaurante muito bom. O café da manhã é bom e tem uma boa variedade. O quarto tem um tamanho bom. Vale muito a pena se hospedar no hotel.

Hotel antigo, peças grandes, um pouco desatualizado. O hotel é bem limpo e o café da manhã bem variado. Mas o grande diferencial está no treinamento e postura dos funcionários. O pessoal se supera. São fora da curva em termos de atenção e hospitalidade. Do porteiro ao pessoal da cozinha, nota 10 !

Boa opção em Mafra, fui a negócios e geralmente solicito este hotel, acredito ser o melhor de Mafra. Tem um bom atendimento e um bom restaurante, os quartos são amplos. O hotel tem uma aparência de velho, precisando de reformas, mas, é um bom hotel.

Hotel muito bom no centro da cidade. É pet friendly e tem um spot na garagem para carga do nosso híbrido plugin. Tudo é bem confortável. Pedimos um jantar no quarto por conta dos nossos pets (2 galguinhos italianos) e a comida é simples mas perfeita. A caipirinha deles é divina! Vindo a Mafra, excelente escolha.

O quarto é amplo. As camas são confortáveis. É servido jantar no quarto (sob demanda e pago separadamente). O estacionamento é coberto, fechado e com acesso direto ao hotel. O atendimento é ótimo. O café da manhã é farto e variado.

Estivemos em 16/07 e nos hospedamos novamente na suíte que tem banheira de hidromassagem. Dessa vez a banheira estava limpa, a ducha é muito boa,e o que é muito legal é que tem 2 pias. Problemas que continuam: Imagem dos canais de TV continuam com problemas; Cortinas furadas e que não cobrem o tamanho das janelas; O carpê está em péssimo estado, notadamente no andar onde há o salão de café. E o que é pior, há uma igreja na frente do hotel , com cultos que começam de manhã cedo, com berros, gritos, que não há cristão que consiga dormi. Por isso não recomendo ficar nos quartos que dão de frente para a rua. Quando saímos do hotel, reclamamos na recepção, e a atendente nos informou que é um problema sério e não estão conseguindo resolver. O hotel precisa urgente de uma repaginada nos móveis para ficar com aspecto mais moderno. No mais, pretendemos nos hospedar novamente pois a localização é excelente, o atendimento é cordial e o café da manhã é muito bom.
