"The hotel is a fantastic hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center of Locarno for a walk on the lake's edge. All fantastic, large and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, garden and swimming pool and the best of all, your staff: careful, available, friendly and willing to help with anything. In addition, small details everywhere make the stay wonderful."

"Am amazing experience, the room is super clean the personal very nice and professional, always there if you need. About the room it’s a technological room, light touchscreen and new model showers. The price is correct, since you arrive you can active the Ticino ticket which means you have free transport train,tram and bus for all Ticino. The parking for the car it’s near, you find place always and you pay 5 francs per day(possible to pay for all days that you stay). I recommend this hotel for couple and family , excited to come back there!😊🙏🏻"

"Great place - everything is new and modern! Close to the train station, but you can hardly hear the trains. There is air conditioning. Everything is spotless in the room, soft towels, a good bed, excellent plumbing. Thin pillows, if that's critical for someone. You can order breakfast for 10 francs.
The receptionist was very kind. For the entire stay they give you a guest card, which gives you the right to free travel throughout the canton of Ticino on trains and buses, plus a bunch of discounts. I liked everything, unfortunately, I was there only one night."

"This brand-new hotel on the lake just around the corner from Locarno in Muralto turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Ticino. Extremely comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms and lake view, a very nice bar on the terrace outside with lots of comfy chairs and sofas, and extremely helpful staff. It also has a fully equipped bike room with tools, workstand, laundry and washing station, as well as city bikes available for clients' use."
