I arrived late and left early (this hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Railway Station) but was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is clearly pretty new and was unusually decorated with a cycling theme which made it a bit interesting - I am tempted to return to the area with my bike in the future now! The staff I dealt with on reception were pleasant and I would describe the room as very clean and comfortable. The one minor annoyance was that there is no glass in the bathroom or even any kind of cup in the room but by the time I had undressed and realised this I was too tired to get dressed to go downstairs and ask for one (as invited by the notice in the room) so made do with an empty drink bottle I happened to have with me. Slept well in the room though, would stay here again.

Nicely furnished and fine rooms, equipped with all luxury. And especially very clean. Super pleasant bar with various seats. Breakfast buffet was very extensive. And all staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. Top service! A recommender and we will certainly go back ...

I was a weekend for the family in Magdeburg and I went to the Classic Hotel without any sleeping places. I arrived very late and hadn't eaten yet (23:00) and was very tired. I hadn't expected it anymore but I got a super delicious pizza and a cool beer from the hotel bar. The bed was super comfortable and I sleeped very well this night. This hotel is suitable for couples, singles and families. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you can relax in the foyer super. It is not overlooking and the staff is very nice.

Breakfast is very good The bed is very large So we don't have an extra bed, it is suitable for children to travel. The hotel is very close to the small town center, there is free parking, but parking outside is also free, very convenient. So we arrive at the hotel after a long journey. We are greeted by a teenager who did not inspire confidence. We simply wanted to know where breakfast would be the next morning. He told us that we had to go to a restaurant located 1000 meters away. This seemed odd, but he was quite insistent that breakfast was from 0700 - 1000 AM at the off-site restaurant. The next morning we went to the restaurant as directed. Imagine our surprise to find the restaurant locked and closed! We did see a woman working inside and we motioned to her. She brusquely dismissed us. We went on our way without our breakfast since we were on a schedule. We asked about the breakfast problem later that night. The woman at the hotel disputed our account. She did not believe us and was she was very rude. I would not be writing this review iIf she had simply apologized for the inconvenience and showed some concern. Apart from that, the extra beds in the junior suite were not made upon our arrival. The room was a bit stuffy. Also, they charge 1.50 euro for a cup of instant coffee! On the other hand, there is parking on site and the bathrooms seem to be newly renovated. Still, given the utter lack of customer service and care for the clients, we will not be staying here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the waiter is nice
