We are from the UK. We had a two night stay. Most enjoyable. The restaurant is well suited to vegans and vegetarians, the food was very very good. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive always making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I have a bad back and unfortunately the bed was a bit hard for me. The only down side, there was some mechanical noise that could be heard through the night from our room, 116. Our chamber maid was lovely and made us a towel sculpture of two swans on our bed, a nice surprise. The bell boy, Jagannath was amazing. He carried our heavy cases to the car refusing any help. Please tell him I mentioned him in this review he deserves the recognition. A great sanctuary from a busy site seeing day.

I absolutely love the resort, their staff from house-keeping ( Sunita, Rahul and Santosh Kharande) to dining room to reception. Its a must visit for every traveller once in a lifetime. And for kids there is a-play area, ground for walk and play area for adults too. SO COME SOON.

Excellent team. Mr Santosh has an excellent support staff team. Maushi also gave good service (Shashikala mausi). We enjoyed a lot.

I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Valley View Beacon, Mahabaleshwar. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcomed right from the beginning. A special thank you to the housekeeping team and Mr. Santosh Karande for the warm handwritten note – it was a thoughtful gesture that made my day. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the personal care taken to ensure everything was perfect. The ambience of the resort is peaceful, with a beautiful view and serene surroundings. The location is ideal, just close enough to the main market yet tucked away for a quiet escape. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and served with great hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate in Mahabaleshwar. Santosh Karande best.

The Beds were very comfortable. Excellent service and food. You can get a very beautiful view of the hills from the back of the resort (there's a garden with lush green grass). There's a clean pool if you fancy swimming. Nearby visiting spots include Arthur Point, Savitri Point, Elphinstone point etc. You can also visit the historical Pratapgad fort (~ 1 hour drive from the resort).
