Near to the mall road and gives a heritage feel . Nice ambience. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast spead was okay. The staff were good and nice place for kids. Instagram worthy spots to click some amazing pics. Evening walk in the mall road and exploring the place is easy.

Most amazing and comfortable place to stay. I always loved it. While everything is perfect best part is food Enjoyed Yummy and healthy food from breakfast to dinner . Enjoyed the company of Well trained staff with polite and cute behaviour ☺️

190+ years old resort, cleanliness exceeded our expectation. Restaurant, bar, play area all there to keep us engaged. From making the reservation, till departure- everything was smooth. We Indians have a habit of asking for everything quickly. Yashashree, Thapa, Pranesh, Vishwa, Ranjan are amazing, but otherwise people we didn't interact were great bunch too. It's team work when your run a heritage place. Clean comfortable & safe resort.

Everything was superb but time a problem with me is all about cleanses last I stayed in the month of feb and now in June and restaurant staff Is very help but at the reception was not co operative.This time hotel give me a bad experience.

Warmest hospitality courtiest staff. Very very helpfully Rooms very very clean Food very good restaurant staff very kind n clean. Chef very good Genral manager very straight forward n helpfully Rakesh Nair and team Alam Rupa Rasika sharable and Pramesh biswarup all very nice God bless keep up your best services always God bless stay blessed.

This place is a heaven in Mahabaleshwar. Stay was comfortable, friendly staff, great ambience, kids friendly. Food was good too. This place is at a walkable distance from Mahabaleshwar Market, yet away from hustle bustle, so calm and relaxing!

Our stay was very comfortable. Hospitality was excellent. Staff was very cordial, helpful especially Khusboo n MD Shadab. Will definitely recommend it to everyone known. Market is also nearby which helps you in getting your daily needs fulfilled.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Big thanks to housekeeping staff Amol, Rajesh, Akshay, Mansi and Pranesh. Would highly recommend and definitely return!
