I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Sunny International Hotel. I had heard good things about this hotel in the past, but what I experienced was beyond unacceptable.
The hotel manager was shockingly rude, speaking loudly and showing no concern for customer issues. The staff ignored my requests, even for basic amenities like towels and water. The room was not cleaned properly, the TV didn’t work, and the sofa was in terrible condition.
However, the biggest issue was the severe stomach infection my family and I suffered due to the dirty water provided by the hotel. I have proof that the cleaning staff use shower towels to clean bathrooms—this level of unhygienic practice is dangerous.
I will be filing a formal complaint under the Consumer Safety and Hygiene Act, as this is a serious health hazard. I urge other travelers to avoid this hotel unless they want to risk their health and waste their money.

It’s was a good experience and everything was good the staff, service, stay, breakfast, dinner and lunch if you are here in Mahabaleshwar then you should definitely stay here there rooms are like five star property thank you Johar Shaikh for this hospitality

It was an amazing experience. The food is very nice. The stay is good and staff is corporation. The service is fast and you must try it. If you are here in mahabaleshwar then you should definitely stay here. The meals were delicious and tasty. Must visit

Location is good within mahableshwar city, but there are cleanliness issues. morning breakfast was also average. so overall good for guys group but ok types for family.

The hotel staff was very cooperative & helpful. We reached before the checkin time, but stil they provided us the room. The breakfast spread was very good including Maggi our favourite. If you like shopping & are found of the Mahableshwar market than this is the best hotel.
