Food here was good. They had many options in the evening buffet. I would say they can focus on this line " Quality over quantity" . Quality could have been better considering the price. It was good but not upto the mark. Joydeep from the GSA served us well and rest other staff is good and helping.

Overall good experience, good service and food for kids there are lots of activities games so whole family enjoy here..

Excellent excellent stay indeed ! Staff of this resort is so humble and helpful , everybody welcomes u with smile on their face. I will suggest everyone to try their buffet breakfast and dinner as well . Food is AMAZING , I mean truly soul food . Must try . I have uploaded photo of their chef who served us soul food .

Stayed at Evershine for a short trip to Mahabaleshwar, and overall it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Location: The hotel is in a very good spot — around 800 meters from the main market, and Wilson Point is just a 10–15 minute walk. The surroundings are peaceful, and if you’re someone who enjoys sunrise or sunset views, you’ll definitely love it here. Food: Breakfast was nice with a good mix of Indian and continental options. I’m a bit of a bakery person myself, so I did feel the bakery items like croissants and breads could be improved. Still, the spread was good overall and had plenty of choices to suit everyone. Dinner: We ordered chicken and naan from the à la carte menu, and it was tasty. The chef deserves appreciation for the flavors. What really stood out for me was the small but sweet gesture from the floor staff, the floor staff served us a complimentary plate of sweets, which really made my day. These gestures leave a lasting impression, and I genuinely appreciated it. Room: The room was comfortable and clean, quite up to the mark for the price range. The only issue was that the washroom was a bit small, and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. When I asked about it, I was told it’s a property-wide problem due to wiring work in the basement. Would’ve been better if we were informed about it earlier. Gym: This area needs some serious attention. The gym lacks a few basic machines like a proper chest press bench, and the multi-exercise machine there isn’t very safe to use. I’d suggest replacing it with some standard certified equipment or just simple benches and bars. Overall: It was a good stay, and given the location and price, it’s worth it. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. I didn’t face any of the rudeness some other reviews mentioned. For me, it was a one-time but pleasant experience — and I’d say it’s a good option if you want to stay close to the market without spending too much
