"I liked the hotel very much! I had a wonderful time! I was very impressed by the work of the management and the hotel respiratory! Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. "Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms."

"Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. "I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great."
