This is a well maintained 3 bedroom home away from home. The section is fully fenced and has a large flat lawn, suitable for outdoor games or parking the boat. The main Mahia beach is a short walk, a gorgeous sandy safe beach for children, kayaks and swimming. Mokatahi Hill lookout and Sunset Bar is an easy 10min stroll. A short drive will take you to similar spectacular beaches as well as a relaxing soak in Morere hot pools on SH5. Wifi is available and theres reasonable cellphone coverage.There's also Internet TV.There is a large open plan living room, the master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the sun room offers bunks, a single bed with a pull out divan. All rooms have pillows and duvets.
