An unpleasant welcome! To believe that we were going to prison, the lady didn't even make the effort to speak English, you receive tourists for Europapark, personally I find it inconceivable not even knowing how to speak English. We didn't understand anything in German and so from what she told us, she seemed so happy to be there... When I tell you that it would have been like a welcome to go to prison... That’s really it! Otherwise apart from that we slept really well and the room was extremely clean. Small downside has improved the parking spaces, there are not enough... and as a result you have to park quite far away.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff, good food...only 10 minutes from Europapark. The rooms are spacious and clean. A coffee maker is available in the rooms which is a little extra. The staff makes an effort to speak French, very friendly. The only downside is that we had difficulty finding it because the name of the hotel is not written on the facade.
