My partner and I went here for 6 nights in March ‘24, for the cheap price we had an amazing time. You get what you pay for, we paid around £300 with flights included. All inclusive isn’t the best but if you like chips then you’re all good! Free drinks all night, cheap excursions nearby- we paid £50 to go buggy riding and on a pirate ship ride. Would happily go again.

Where do I begin. A week from hell. I go to Turkey every year and never experienced anything like it. Firstly, I booked a package holiday with love holidays. The transfer stated it would take 2 hours yet took 5 hours. The driver was falling asleep at the wheel, had so many near misses and he didn’t know where he was going. When arriving to the hotel I wasn’t greeted with any respect. Erol was working on reception and was so unprofessional and spoke to us with no respect and slammed a piece of paper infront of me which stated that our travel agency hadn’t paid the hotel therefore we could not stay and had to pay. At this moment in time he hadn’t even asked for our names or any booking information, this was also prior to love holidays announcing their third part holiday had claimed involvecy. I’m not sure if this was because we was English as another couple that came and checked in wasn’t English and had booked with love holidays and checked in with no problems. I flew from the UK and another couple was on our transfer. Luckily I had all my booking information and confirmation of details on me as I proved I had paid etc. unlike the couple that was on our flight they didn’t have any documents on them and their phone had died. Erol then suddenly found my booking information and checked us in. Unlike the other couple that was on the same flight he told them to leave and they wasn’t welcomed as they needed to pay a fee. He then refused to let them in. We then had 4 power cuts in less than 24 hours. You don’t have any drinks in your room fridge unlike other 5* hotels. You have to pay to use their towels. They only have one bar and soft drinks are poured from bottles and not on draft. The food is shocking, luckily we found an amazing restaurant called Jacks that was a 10/15 min walk away and they was so welcoming and the food was amazing there unfortunately we only found this restaurant on our last few days. The food in the actual hotel was a disgrace and not much to choose from, I felt I lived off rice and bread. Entertainment was poor and majority of staff didn’t speak good english.

The food was amazing with all the different kinds of sweets, the animators were awesome. Had so much fun by the pool with free drinks. The hotel has a mesmerizing view of the sea. Also the kids’ animators were so much fun. I certainly would come back. 100% recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 10 days with a friend on our first ever visit to Turkey. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as claimed, more like a 3 star. Fantastic pool and lobby is inviting but that’s about it for positive comments. The hotel is all inclusive but we ate out most days as the food in the hotel is awful. Breakfast consists of approx 50 odd different types of breads, salad, fried eggs, a few Turkish dishes and not much else. Lunch and dinner was not much better, lots of the labels on the foods were in front of the wrong dishes so you were never quite sure what you were getting. The location of the hotel is not great, a small village approx 5-10 mins from Antalya. There is a couple of restaurants within walking distance that were really good but otherwise it’s a taxi into Antalya for dinner which costs approx 12-15 euros. We went over to the private beach a couple of times but were put off when we had to pay for drinks at the hotels private beach bar as the all inclusive is not included there !!! Everyday the pool closes at 5pm and the staff physically come round and ask you to leave so they can clean up. At this point the restaurant doesn’t open until 6pm and the bar closes for an hour so there is nothing to do except go and sit in your room. Also for some weird reason the bar won’t serve cocktails between 6pm and 7pm. The games room consists of a pool table and a couple of arcades. The Turkish spa is fantastic and every guest gets a free 15 minute massage, but it’s all a ruse to get you in and then try to put the high pressure on to get you to book and pay for multiple massages. There is a shop in the lobby selling fake designer clothes and every time you walk through the lobby you are pressured into looking and the forceful salesman jump on you. I think once upon a time the hotel would have been very nice, but I think it’s just been run so badly that it’s just gone massively downhill over the years. How many 5 star hotels do you know that doesn’t even have a gym and the staff don’t wear uniform ?? I wouldn’t stay here again. Just in case you think maybe I just had a bad experience or maybe I’m exaggerating, we spoke to approx 20 people around the pool during our stay and every single person had the same opinion We actually checked out early and checked into another hotel closer to the airport for 2 nights rather than stay there any longer than we had to
