From the start, friendly staff at reception and easy to check in, the rooms are cleaned daily to a very good standard, the all inclusive drinks and the food evenly as good especially in the snack bar, the staff couldn’t do more to help. The beach is just a 1 minute walk with and all inclusive bar and platform for people to relax on or to jump into the sea. The local area is also nice with loads of restaurants. The only thing that did annoy me was the transfer here taking around 3.5 hours. I’d recommend getting a private talk to cut it down to 2 hours. But overall a very good hotel and for the price that I paid I couldn’t ask for any more.

hey we came here like 7 days ago first time we was scared about hotel comments but here is like paradise all animators is best them is talking with u all the time they wanna play games always and them is so kind we got some problems about busy pool busy bar but animators is alwyas playing and u cant sleep so its doesnt matter :)))) thanks grand santaba thanks best animators

First of all-I kindly want to thank for all stuff. People are so very good and helpfull there. It was busy holiday time, a lot of people, but stuff always smile, helping with all your needs, no unhappy faces at all. Animators team just great, boys and the girl doing their best. Receptionists always are ready to help in any questions. Very good place, not in overcrowded city center, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants, when you go out. Rooms are good, common places very , there are some shops inside. Teritorry are big enought, but not too big. Pools just great, my son could not get out of children pool, where are waters slides. Main pool very big, there are also very small one for the youngest ones. Food very tasty, always have a lot choose, what to eat. And the very very special place is terrace, where you can have dinner with amazing view of sunset.

We are still enjoying our holiday at Senza Grand Santana Hotel. We did an early check-in, which came with a fee, but that’s standard policy. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh supplies of shampoo and shower gel. The minibar is stocked with drinks, and the restaurant food has been fantastic with great variety, though I’d suggest adding toast. The beach bar offers free water and beer, while fancy drinks cost extra. The pool bar, pool cafe and patisserie ensure you’re never hungry. Our sea-view room is peaceful, and the spa experience has been incredible. The hotel is exactly as advertised! ❤️
