The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Holly was an absolute star when needing help with the menu she took me through the meal deal and what comes it with and she was a laugh whilst I was waiting on my food. Every time I walked past the desk and Holly sees me she is always polite and very welcoming.

I was served by Holly and she was so happy and polite and so funny. When coming to ordering food she was really helpful with the menu. She is a very funny girl and she is a good time. Holly is always in a good mood which makes the evenings very fun and entertaining.

Surely you have all stayed at a Travelodge? If you haven’t then It’s a Travelodge with a good location, great views over looking the river, but more importantly this review is about the staff. Terence and his team went above and beyond. I made an error on my booking but with no hesitation Terence swiftly dealt with this matter in a calm and collective manner. Going forward during my stay, Terence and his team was always happy to help if needed. I use Travelodge regularly for business stays in all locations, Terence and his team are a credit to this Travelodge in Maidstone.
