"We decided to stay at the Sheraton Mirage Hotel for the last night of our trip with high expectations. The hotel we entered with high expectations of being a 5-star luxury hotel was a mess. The smell of a tattered carpet greeted us, and we could see dust with our own eyes as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I was so angry, but my husband, who could communicate in English, couldn’t stand the allergies that were rising all over his body as he waited for me to come out after washing, so he ran to the desk and showed me photos of the skin troubles on his body. Fortunately, with the help of a staff member who spoke Korean fluently, we were able to change rooms for the time being, and instead of apologizing, he gave me a drink voucher, which helped me calm down. However, I’m still angry when I think about the poor management of a 5-star hotel that I can’t understand. It was the off-season, and there was a room that could have been changed right away… and it wasn’t a regular room, but a room with a good view that I had paid an additional fee to choose, but they assigned me this room… I think they should clean it properly before promoting it as a 5-star luxury hotel. Of the 4 accommodations I stayed at during my 9-night, 10-day trip to Australia, this was the most incomprehensible and worst hotel."

"Arrived late ( like 10pm), there was no one at the reception, the whole lobby was empty, I couldn’t get any help but yell out loud “ is anyone home?”, someone came out from the back after I yelled at least 30 sec, both receptionist and security guard, not good enough."

"First time staying at SeaWorld Resort. We were here to celebrate our son turning 10 yesterday and we all had a fantastic time whilst staying here the past two nights. Theme park stay access is a must we loved our time at both SeaWorld and Movie World. Would highly recommend to other families with young children, plenty of fun to be had around the pool and splash park at the resort."

"Our stay was excellent the hotel location was good. Very good access both to transport, shopping, and food outlets excellent Asian cuisine within a short distance. Service was excellent. The house keeping was of a high quality. The laundry facilities were a real asset as we had been on the road for over a week. We also enjoyed some lovely breakfasts at the hotel. We would have no hesitation on recommending your hotel to others. Thank you!"
