Achat Hotel Frankfurt Maintal

The room is medium-sized in Germany, and it is relatively close to the city of Frankfurt. It is a hotel I often choose. The breakfast is also good, and it is rare to have air conditioning!

Perfect location for visiting Frankfurt or Hanau and Philippsruhe Castle. Excellent outdoor and covered hotel parking. Good breakfast. Very competitive price. Simple room with renovated bathroom and floor-level shower. the safe is missing. Dinner in the hotel at a fair price.

The hotel is relatively conveniently located, is easily accessible by public transport and has sufficient parking spaces. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and I have very fond memories of all the meals.

I was in Frankfurt for work and had booked 3 rooms, but when I arrived they told me that I would have to share the room with a colleague because they were fully booked. After my complaint they gave me the room I booked. The rooms are standard, but unlike all the other hotels I have been to, the tidying up and cleaning of the room is only upon request. Even changing towels, cleaning and bathing is done only on request. At the reception they told me that the service is not guaranteed anyway. The minibar is not in the room but in the hall. To get a bottle of water you have to go down to the hall and ask because there is no dispenser and the fridge is closed with a bicycle-style lock. Breakfast offers a good choice of savory foods, but a poor choice of sweets. The staff at the reception is very young and could use a kind, polite and experienced manager..... In short, if I pay for a 4 star hotel, I expect services and quality that I did not find at the Michel hotel. I won't go back.
