Property was conveniently located for my job. Was within easy walking distance of downtown and also right off of a tram stop. Breakfast was average. Rooms were comfortable but largely forgettable in terms of furnishings/art. Front desk staff were generally helpful ACCEPT for the lady who checked me in. I don't speak German and she seemed to go out of her way to not make an effort to help me complete their required checkin paperwork on an IPAD. It had a small icon for choosing language which she did not point out to me and which I missed. She had ample time to note I was struggling with completing the form but seemed to delight in my foibles. I'm an experienced international traveler and I do make an effort to communicate in the native language. She on the other hand was not so inclined.

Simple, clean and efficient. Good value breakfast and very bike friendly in a climate conscious world. I need to write some extra to make my review long enough which is a bit silly, really I think brevity is nice.

Alles tiptop! Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zur Innenstadt und das Konzept des Hotels haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Hotel war sehr gut. Frühstück gut und reichlich. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind barrierefrei und sehr sauber.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Die Tiefgaragenzufahrt zwar sehr steil und für 9€ schon teuer, wenn man bedenkt, das zwei Stellplätze nicht einmal überdacht sind und bei Frost die Scheiben trotzdem zufrieren. Die Mitarbeiter(innen) sind alle sehr freundlich und das Zimmer geräumig und barrierefrei. Die Schiebetür (schwere Glasschiebetür) lies sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und ist für jemanden der auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist kaum zu händeln (muss repariert werden). Vor Ort wurde ein Upgrade angeboten, was wir natürlich in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Rezeption war ab 21:45 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt und man kommt mit der Zimmerkarte ins Hotel. Supereinfach!
