No tea/coffee making facilities in room, or available outside of breakfast times. Room initially had no working aircon, no TV remote, although this was remedied. All TV channels in Spanish, no other languages catered for.

We stayed 5 nights and must say we are very disappointed with the overall experience. - room not clean on arrival - stray cats roaming the lobby. - very poor wifi, only works well in lobby area. - Found it difficult to communicate with majority of staff . English training required ! - Location not ideal. - Pool area ok ! - Room ok need to improve bathroom , ( shower is in bath tub leaking taps etc ) A below average hotel.

Muy buen hotel piscina y SPA. Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Buenas camas,sábanas limpias y almohadas blanditas. Buen desayuno, les falta más variedad de masitas dulces,leches,omelettes, panqueques.Deben mejorar los hornos para calentar pan.

súper amplia y cómoda la cama con buen espacio en la habitación tanto el baño. Hermosa piscina con cantidades considerables de reposeras y muy cómodas. El Gym cuenta con equipamientos justos y necesarios. La masajista paola excelente ! El ambiente del complejo es reconfortante

Minha experiência neste hotel sempre foi surpreendente e extremamente positiva. Pela segunda vez consecutiva, não tenho nada a reclamar e recomendo a todos os viajantes, especialmente aos brasileiros, que certamente serão muito bem recebidos. Quanto à equipe, seria injusto destacar indivíduos específicos, pois todos são excepcionais e demonstram um esforço genuíno para nos atender com excelência, mesmo diante das barreiras do meu espanhol limitado. Nos sentimos em casa. No próximo ano, estaremos novamente com vocês e quero aproveitar para agradecer pelo acolhimento, respeito e consideração conosco. Viajamos todos os anos pela América do Sul de moto, e posso afirmar que nos sentimos extremamente acolhidos. Espero que continuem a manter este serviço de excelência.

El complejo es muy lindo y tiene muchas actividades para hacer como cina , ******, restaurantes, etc. La Ubicación es cercana a viñedos en Maipú y Lujan del cuyo. Habitaciones espaciosas, comoda, buena cama y almohadas. El desayuno y espacios del hotel 10/10 Sin duda lo recomendaria.
