Hotel bom, atendimento, acomodações, alimentação. Pela localização (região sujeita a baixa temperatura), as piscinas externas deveriam ser climatizadas para melhor aproveitamento e, às opções de recreação poderiam ser melhores e utilizarem mais os espaços do hotel.

Hotel perto de São Paulo, acolhedor, aceita PET, comida muito boa! Wifi funcionou bem. Tem uma bonita piscina de borda infinita e ofurôs espalhados pela área externa. Passamos o Natal e não temos nada a reclamar.

Hotel com uma boa estrutura de piscinas, jacuzzis, sauna, quadras poliesportiva quartos espaços com cama confortável e limpos, o restaurante oferece uma boa variedade nas refeições e os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. A vista da piscina de borda infinita e o melhor lugar do hotel. Recomendo o hotel para quem busca um lugar tranquilo para descansar.

Já tinha me hospedado em 2019, retornei novamente, agora aceitam pets. Acabamos ficando novamente nos mesmos quartos, onde tem uma ligação entre os dois quartos, com a varanda, uma vista linda ao acordar. Todos os funcionários são muuito educados. O Chef está de parabéns a comida boa D+ todas as refeições. Temos muitas opções de entretenimento, mesmo num final de semana, ficamos na escalada do paredão, tiroleza, a visão da piscina, gera fotos lindas. Recomendo

Excelente atendimento, funcionários educados, piscinas maravilhosas. Ambiente agradável, limpo e organizado. Jardinagem muito bela. Boa localidade. Jacuzzi com hidromassagem e águas quentes para relaxar o dia todo. Fim de semana que pretendemos repetir em breve.
