We were little apprehensive about how the resort will be as we checked in after staying 4 days at Grand Hyatt Goa. To our surprise it was a fantastic experience which will ensure we come back again in future. The best part of the hotel is the team and the proximity to one of the cleanest beaches Gonsua which is just 3 min shuttle (provide by hotel). The entire F&B team and support team at hotel is great. Even on a 100% booked day they extended by checkout time by 3 hours considering my flight was late evening. Rooms can be upgraded/refreshed. Resort activities for kids were nice. Buggy service to beach was very prompt and efficient. The food - especially breakfast is amazing and the way curate to serve needs of a 4 year old is really worth appreciating. For anything they would just say Yea and arrange. This stay was undoubtedly the best hotel experience I have had in 45 years of international travel. The staff were outstanding and our stay was unforgettable. We did have a fairly significant mishap during our stay which was dealt with quickly and totally professionally - in my view the mark of a first rate management team.

+ Beautiful facilities. Staff very friendly. Attentive to details. Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool superb. Good quality SPA treatments. Good food and loads of choices to all tastes. Overall we did like experience. - At the time we were there was weddings every day which was interesting to watch in the first day, but you can get tired of it when it’s actually every day. One of the Spa receptionist was disrespected to me personally, that was only personal experience.
