While we had a good stay at the hotel with good food and room services, Mr. Abhishek the front office manager cheated us. Since we had booked three rooms and were only 5 pax, we were offered to surrender one room and were promised a refund of Ra.5500. Despite following up for more than 100 times they have refunded the promised amount. Mr. Dubey supposed to be the MD doesn’t come on call. Please be careful with the staff, they can end up cheating you all as they have cheated us.
