There are two operators at this property. I booked under D'Pine, which does not include parking—you’ll need to park at the opposite public car park and follow the instructions provided to collect the key. Although there's a hotel check-in counter, they mentioned that only bookings made under The Pine come with complimentary hotel parking. So if parking is important to you, keep this in mind.
Since my booking was not under the hotel, amenities were quite basic—just towels, body wash, a small hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. We had to bring our own shampoo and toothpaste.
Overall, the location is great, just a straight road to Jonker Street and easy to get a Grab car. The room was spacious and quiet, and we were quite happy with our stay!

Overall was ok and satisfied. Just there's no floor mat was provided. 1 day before arrival the host will msg for the access to the room. Well clear communicated. clean room but poor connection for tv channel.

Like : good location, good view, good customer service, clean. Room is big.
Dislike : Misleading between 2 different managements. Means different style, check in in diff modes… car park places (free vs no free)!

It was uncertain on the apartment as feared online review as fake. However, it turns out the room as photo as shown n reviewed, big n spacious to accomodate 4 pax or more. As its not direct from hotel, dun expect too much from housekeep.
Overall, quite pleasant stay for the amount paid. Probably just bring ur your tolieries and bath towel for hygenie purpose.
There is a router in the room.
Home owner will contact you with the checkin details at least 1 day before to keep u updated on the checkin procedure.

The hotel was clean and the response was fast.
The only bad is that very poor signal there, and WiFi given also not strong.
In view of the price, overall is a good stay.
