Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined together😔.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

The house is old, the facilities are obsolete, the sanitation is not clean, and the service is not in place. For an hour in the morning, there was no service staff at the front desk and I could not check out.

Please don't go to this hotel, it's a bit scary.
I don’t know which country opened this one in the early years. Anyway, it is probably at least 100 years old. It looks very old and smells.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one fully paid for in advance, and the other to be paid upon check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that the unpaid room was unavailable because they had sold it to walk-ins. Even worse, they couldn't find any record of the room I had already paid for. The receptionist was completely unempathetic and told me that they are running a business and I should understand that. I was essentially told to find other accommodation on the spot, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I was with my family. To make matters worse, it was a public holiday, and we couldn't find any other available hotels. This was a clear display of poor business ethics, and it ruined our plans and caused us significant inconvenience.
