This accommodation describes itself as luxurious and a Malagan gem. In some ways it does meet this description but in others it does not. Our apartment (No 7) had an annoying electrical tone sound coming from the ceiling 24/7 during our entire stay, most likely from the extraction fans. Reported by text, responded to but then ignored and never followed up with us. The Zara Home accessory, wonky loose kitchen cupboard doors, and chipped bathroom shelves does not say luxury or high-end, rather pedestrian. The layers of thick dust on the wall ledge behind the headboard lighting and along the bedroom wall where the ***** lighting was housed had not been cleaned in some time. The smell of cigarettes coming from the air ventilation system and the exceptionally noisy fridge were disappointing. That said, super firm comfortable bed, fabulous rain shower, and perfect location. Thankful for packing earplugs.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe apartments, perfectly located in the centre of Old Town Malaga. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented with everything you need. It was ample size for 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 13). The check-in process was nice and easy, and they responded to messages quickly (we asked for extra pillows which arrived promptly). We stored our luggage on the last day in the main Coeo hotel and they kindly booked us a taxi for our onward journey. Would highly recommend if visiting Malaga and will most definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Coeo Apartments for 6 days in May 2024 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything we needed or required. The location of the apartment could not have been better, right in the heart of Malaga, Old Town, but no noise at all when inside the apartment. My only suggestion would be to install a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom due to the very soft lighting. I found it a bit difficult applying makeup each day.

Perfect place and a 100% committed staff with 24/7 service. Any question is settled immediately Clean a proper and close to everything Place is every euro worth When we contacted the staff (no matter which time a day/night) answer was prompt and positive. Really recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back

The apartment was a little dark and the balconies smaller than I thought. It is problematic to have to take the bags to another house for storage. The location was noisier than I expected compared to three other apartments that I have stated in in Malaga. Bed was comfortable and pillows ok. Wifi was good and communication with Coeo staff was quick and good.

The building is in the best location in Malaga centro. And very quiet at night! The apartments were amazing and we stayed with a kid and a baby and felt great! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Great styling for all the apartments We will come back again!
