I had the opportunity to stay at this apartment during 3 years (from 2021 Covid time they were giving long-term rent), and my experience was one of contrasts. The apartment itself was, without a doubt, really nice. However, my enthusiasm for the apartment was significantly dampened by the landlord when the first time 2 years ago, they tried to make us move out (it was illegal from their side, because in Spain we can extend the contract up to 5 years with the same price - it could be raised only for a few % because of inflation). The second time it was now when we moved out after 3 years of living there and they just took away our deposit without any notice, only after several time of contacting them they sent some pictures of "damages" which were not found in our presence during the check out and they told us that they will cover everything by taking our deposit. When I disagree with majority of "damages" they just ignored me. In addition, there was always an issue with other guests, a lot of cases with screaming, knocking our door at night or early morning, very inappropriate behaviour and we should have to submit those cases each to the head office to make the guests calm down. One time it was even required to call the Police. And for all of this uncomfortable situation the host just kept our deposit in such an insolent way. I am not sure that they doing so deep check after each guest, so it felt like some kind of "special attention particularly for our case". Advice you to check for any "damage" even if the white wall is not so white anymore. That is why it is 2 out of 5.

Located very good easy access to the beach and Malaga centro and airport and outlet. Big enough but it is empty of most of things such as garbage bag or tissues or washing machine liquid. Supermarket is close to the property. No cleaning. Restaurant downstairs is good.

En la parte positiva, buena ubicación (a 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren). Muy bien climatizado y el encargado (Carlos) muy atento. Pero... En la parte negativa, la limpieza y el mantenimiento en general. Terrible dejadez. La terraza de la planta 4 es magnífica, pero tumbonas sucias y raidas, y sofás y mesa de terraza con mucha suciedad. Sobre la limpieza, las fotos hablan por sí mismas (y eso que no tomé fotos del estado lamentable del horno y el microondas). Extendimos sábanas sobre los sofás para poder sentarnos y como hay un supermercado a 100 m compramos productos y tuvimos que limpiar el cuarto de baño (mira que es fácil ver cuando un cristal del baño está sucio), la mesa del salón, encimera de cocina, microondas lleno de churretes... Una pena. Lo siento pero no puedo recomendarlo. Por cierto, al llegar pueden pedir fianza adicional de 150€.

Muy buen apartamento,muy completo y muy bien ubicado,caminando a muy pocas cuadras del centro de Malaga,zona muy segura,y si van con auto ,el parking que está a 150 mts te hace un descuento en la estadía con el voucher del apartamento

Très bon séjour dans cet appart hôtel. Réservation directement avec Life Apartments Malaga afin d'avoir la grande terrasse. Equipement correct mais pour la vaisselle c'est un peu juste pour 4 personnes on ne peut pas faire 2 repas sans être obligés de faire la vaisselle... 1 seule grande poêle et 1 minuscule avec le manche dévissé qui ne sert à rien. Le robinet de la cuisine non fixé que mon conjoint a été obligé de bricoler afin qu'il tienne debout. Les chaises de la cuisine sont tout juste vissées et personne n'est venue pour les réparées. Les coussins du salon de jardin mériteraient d'être lavés. Le parasol a failli terminé en bas du 4è étage car mal fixé. Linge de toilette et draps changés 1 fois dans la semaine (nous sommes restés 9 jours). La climatisation mériterait d'être révisée car fonctionne très peu. Aucune chaine étrangère car problème d'antenne du coup on s'est passée de la télé pendant tout le séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé, tout peu se faire à pieds. Terrasse de très bonne taille, bien exposée. Quartier calme. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Très contents de notre séjour avec nos 2 enfants à Malaga. Prêts à revenir !
