The best hotel when it comes to location in Malaga if you want to be in the centre. Everything was at a walking distance. They also upgraded us to a junior suite and it has undoubtedly the best views of the city as well as the sea. You are close to all the stores and restaurants. The only problem is the sound of the streets at night if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is located on a super busy and lively road. The room was quite luxurious and clean.

Environment: The location is very good, right in the center of Malaga. The hotel is across the road from the pedestrian street, and it takes five minutes to walk to the subway station. There are many restaurants and cafes around, and it is very close to various attractions;
Service: The attitude of the staff is also very good. The staff in charge of the night shift does not speak English very well, but they can understand the meaning after translation and call to wake up on time after four o'clock.
This is the hotel I will choose next time I come to Malaga, and I was very happy during the whole trip because I stayed in a great hotel~

A wonderful hotel, with marvelous views over Malaga and an amazing location in the heard to this great city. Parking right in front of the hotel, it was a fabulous experience, stepping out of the hotel and being in the main pedestrian shopping and dining area, near the amazing cathedral. Overall, an excellent experience!

We received quite warm welcome from the receptionist. Our room was on the upper floor and had two balconies. Unfortunately, there were no chairs to sit on, even though we noticed that the lower-floor balconies had tables and chairs. It didn’t make sense to pay more for an upper-floor room and not have a basic seating on the balcony. The room was specious enough for two adults. However, I found the long pillows very uncomfortable to sleep on. I woke up multiple times during the night because the pillow covered my nose, making it hard to breathe. I had to adjust it every time I woke up. The bathroom was very small, with barely enough space for two people. Dirty and scrapped wallpapers, and there was a strong sewer smell while showering. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The restroom next to restaurant was dirty. I really wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately, it was not worth the money we paid. Definitely overpriced.

The location is the best! If you are lucky enough and have room on 11th floor or higher, the view is breathtaking - you can see the marine and the town, all at once. The bed and the pillows are fantastic. The breakfast is OK. The staff could be better trained. And, there can be at least a biscuit or a candy in the room, to feel welcomed, for full impression :)

Room 1204 wonderful large views, two balconies , clean and confortable bed. Breakfastroom was not same standard as the rest of the hotel. Small, no daylight , dark and not nice. Breakfast room staff unfriendly. Location of the hotel is great in the heart of the city
