Sono rimasto molto deluso dall’esperienza nell’appartamento mar y arte, personale poco presente e scortese, posto rumoroso non vale il prezzo pagato. Oltretutto non consentono il pagamento della cauzione in contanti e la riaccreditano sulla carta 7 giorni dopo la partenza e ne approfittano per non restituirla

Ho soggiornato insieme a un gruppo di amici e abbiamo riscontrato diverse problematiche: blatte nell'appartamento,mancanza di professionalità da parte del personale nel confronto con il cliente, nessuna disposizione del personale al momento del check-in e check-out, addebito della cauzione per motivi che non rispecchiavano la realtà approfittandosi del fatto che fossimo un gruppo di ragazzi.

ho soggiornato una settimana con amici e abbiamo riscontrato varie problematiche; il personale non ha offerto la dovuta assistenza durante le fasi di check-in e check-out, presenza di blatte nei vari ambienti, infine, la cauzione inizialmente versata non è stata restituita per motivi a noi sconosciuti, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta alle mail di reclamo.

Mi sono ritrovato un appartamento con danni già presenti, come finestre e persiane rotte, così come un cattivo odore proveniente dall'esterno, durante il soggiorno la lampada ha pure smesso di funzionare e ha iniziato a lampeggiare. Sono rimasto deluso anche dal personale che senza un motivo non ci ha ridatola cauzione visto che i danni erano già presenti e una volta messo in evidenza il fatto hanno smesso di rispondere a mail e messaggi in cui mettevamo in luce il mancato senso delle loro motivazioni sulla mancata restituzione della cauzione. In conclusione posso dire di essermi trovato deluso dal personale che si è rivelato anche poco professionale e disponibile così come l'appartamento ci ha lasciato preplessi.

Coperte sporche e puzzolenti così come il letto, personale poco professionale, ogni stanza presentava un problema. Alla fine non hanno restituito la cauzione e non è stato rivelato il motivo.

У нас были очень хорошие апартаменты. В самом центре такая жизнь. Мы читали многие плохие отзывы на букинг и были очень сначала расстроены до поездки. Но потом всё оказалось просто прелестно. Возможно, что нам повезло именно с номером.
