Suit really small , not good condition only one a sink. the outdoor bathtub is visible from the corridor. The breakfast was cold, small and partly inedible. There were 4 guests in the restaurant besides us and 4 waiters. The service was very slow. We would have had coffee at the bar but the two baristas could not make 2 coffees in 15 minutes. We left hungry and thirsty. . we had breakfast and coffee at the port. The sour melon juice and the dry pasta were eaten by the birds while we went to get the coffee. The pool was not ready at 9. Problematic checkout. It was the worst stay of my life, although we spend 140 days a year in hotels. I don’t recommend this Hotel for nobody

We spent three nights enjoying a truly pleasant moment here. The mesmerizing sea views and soothing sounds immediately captivated us. From the generous and attentive staff to the 'good-mood' breakfasts and an excellent experience at the Althea Spa, every detail exceeded expectations. This is our top recommendation for anyone seeking a perfect couples or family getaway in Lombok.

Amazing sea view from room balcony. You can enjoy the sunset from room/infinity pool/hotel restaurant. The ambiance, experience, and the services from the hotel were perfect. The only "downside" is because the hotel is located uphill, so there is literally nothing much around the neighborhood (except monkeys), but Gojek is easily available.

Royal Avila was incredible—easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Although we had activities planned for our 3-day, 2-night stay, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel. I highly recommend staying in and making the most of the fantastic facilities, including the jacuzzi, spa, beach club, swimming pool, and gym. Special mention to Lola, Hafizin, Lalu, and Abdul Haq for their amazing service—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I was completely captivated. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.
The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).
The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.
Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast)
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

This hotel has very best view of the sea. It has very good architecture, the room was great, the vibe was great, the breakfast was great. Very good for honeymoon, but it was quite far to get to the city and to find food. But if you want to stay at the hotel they have great meals
