Clean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

Delicious snacks, fast respond to reload, clean room, polite and humble staff even if we wore ordinary fashion,the kids happy to run along the lobby :p, but the hotel need to reload the toys at the playground too.. overall nice hotel and worth it to have event andstay here again..dont forget to send me the discount staycation voucher Atria..<3 Egadzova12@gmail.com

A banquet banquet a recommended reunion with a special view and delicious food and friendly service not far from the city but away from the city's noise because it's on the 9th floor and can see the enchanting sunset.

Our room, facing the pool and the mall, was spacious, clean, and plain, without decorations. The room looked efficient and institutional, rather like a schoolroom. In fact, the echoing shouts of children playing in. and passing through, the halls throughout the morning, day and evening, made it feel as if our bedroom was one of many rooms in an elementary school. Probably more families than usual are on staycations during weekends. The breakfast from 6-10 am was good with many choices in the buffet and a lot of staff providing support. All of the staff are friendly and eager to be of service. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a taxi to the hotel, and we didn't know if the driver would be charged Rp. 10,000 for parking after he left us, so we felt compelled to pay the driver for parking, just in case. We discovered later that usually they don't charge for parking if the car is in the complex for less than 10 minutes. The reception staff told us that, if the driver parks his car (somewhere) and comes to the reception desk with us, he can get a document that will exempt the car from the parking charge, but it was always less of a thrash just to pay the parking charge. Considering the price, we feel the Aria Gajayana provides an average value on weekends.

I booked 1night stay with breakfast but the next day morning when we go to the restaurant it was closed! I ask the front office if the breakfast was closed then he said it’s open. The he call the Chef. Then we ask where is the breakfast. The Chef give us option nasi goreng or mike goreng. I was expecting buffet breakfast. Not just nasi goreng. Then we ask why. The Chef said they prepare buffet if the guest more than 10. No wonder why nobody stay in this hotel. The service is bad. I ask for coffee and it arrive without milk. Hotel without milk? But I saw the security get his coffee and it’s with milk. What kind of service is this. They cannot provide milk to their guest. My friend ask for iced tea. The Chef said no ice in the hotel. Hotel without ice???? Meaning this hotel no freezer? The container for sugar is very dirty. We complain to the receptionist but he never comeback to us if they can give milk. Then we saw another staff she said she is the admin. We ask for duty manager but she said no duty manager also. What kind of hotel is this no duty manager? No wonder this hotel like this. Nobody managing the staff. After 45mins the milk served to us after I finished my coffee. And the milk looks like they spit on it. Will definitely not stay in this hotel anymore in the future and definitely will not recommend this hotel. We stay in 4different hotel with this trip from jogja. We stay in cheap hostel to expensive hotel. But this hotel has the worst service.

Location was good and near many things. However, the room had no windows and had a musty smell from the toilet.

In front of the hotel there is a food stall so you don't have to worry about being hungry when it rains.

we stayed here for 2 nights and was enjoyed our stay. location is very strategic in the middle of the city. room was clean and neat. staff were friendly especially Natali. and the best of this hotel was the food from the restaurant! they served bufet breakfast with many variety of food and we were amazed that they were soo delicioussss. we'd love to have lunch and dinner also there. you have to try it!
