‘Twas an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. All the staffs are helpful in whatever we need. The small girl that works in morning shift did an amazing job. I hope next time we travel and book in this wonderful hotel i see this girl in another higher position.

The hotel was clean and the staffs are very accomodating. The room is also clean hut hoping that the toiletries are complete,no toothbrush and toothpaste, no electric kettle and floor mat on the cr. For the housekeeping, they change the towel and arrange the beddings but didn’t even sweep the floor, and there is a cockroach when we arived. The aircon is not cold. Breakfast was awesome.

The rooms are clean, and even though it overlooks a parking area for trucks it isn’t too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do need to pay more attention to explaining to guests where the boats are. We walked up and down with heavy bags, when the boat was right opposite the hotel…even though I asked multiple times.

We also had a bit of a mix-up with the free birthday cake promo 🎂. We requested it twice, but unfortunately, it didn't happen 🤔. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and the service overall 🌴. Nice, clean hotel with spacious room and super big bathroom. The swimming pool is big and clean as well. Just 3 min walk to the beach. Yes through a dodgy alley, but it is totally safe. There are other alleys going down the beach to choose from. Near to D mall and shops and restaurants. Overall good value foe money. Will stay there again

One of the best hotels we have ever been to! The room is big, the bed and the couch are very comfortable, and the view is amazing! Location is great, right on the beach and the hotel provides free chairs and beach towels. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very nice with many options and live music in afternoon and evening.
