We love Ferra! It's a total package, The room is nice and clean, staff were accommodating the whole time caloy was helpful, facilities are complete, the place is near the center, very accessible. if you need a nice and quiet vacay this is perfect, breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay in Boracay. We love that the hotel is right on the beach. The sea view from our room is a big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching nature at its finest. My only complain so far was when the power went off in the room, I called the receptionist to ask. The receptionist answered and tells me there is a power outage and from 6AM to 6PM and they apologize for the inconvenience. I hang up thinking there’s nothing we could do. My husband wasn’t happy about the absence of AC so he calls them again after a couple of hours of enduring the heat and humidity to ask why we don’t have power. So the person on the other end send someone to fix our key connection switch. The receptionist that answered my call the first time should have handled it a different way. He should have been a bit more accommodating in trying to help instead of just saying they are sorry and it is what it is. The hotel is rated 5 stars after all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

My stay at The Orient Beach Boracay was quite pleasant overall. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and approachable, which made the experience enjoyable. The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.

We stayed there from 12 Sept to 16 Sept and it was a great experience. First the hotel's location is very practical as it is between the White beach and bulabog beach and surrounded with stores and restos. The room experience is 10/10 as during our stay we experienced a storm and multiple times the electricity has been cut-off but in just few seconds the generator started. Kudos to thats. The internet connections is very decent. The room is clean and housekeeping frequently can be found on the floor ready to render any help and to be ask to clean our room. The swimming area is decent just need a little bit cleaning of the pool. The hotel's resto is very good, food is delicious and in good portion. Hotel's resto is very accommodating. The only comment is that if it is not possible to have a buffet breakfast atleast add more breakfast menus to have more options but other than that the food is great. And lastly special mention to Ms. Shar of front desk, she has a very welcoming aura, always smiling and very accommodating even though we are just passing through the front desk we always seeing her smile and she is very jolly. Overall the stay is great and will certainly book again to Ferra. Thanks to all the hotels staff.

Very nice place .. I like the room .and the staff are kind and very helpful to us. When we need something when I call them they come as soon as possible... I really like the break fast buffet . I love it. I'll come back nxt yr...

Walk down the Back Beach or Station 2 for 2-3 mins and then you arrive at this quaint like Shack looking structure which is their Bar and a walk way of beach sand and greenery reminding that this is the reason you came to Boracay. The Levantin does just that, from the moment you lay eyes on the place. All your troubles seem to slip away. Even though it does not have a swimming pool, it doesn't matter a literal hop, skip and a jump. Your in clear blue waters on a white Sandy beach just like our Creator made it to be. It's perfect, finish a swim and your back at the bar for a nice cold drink, amazing food and top class service from Levantin's Bartenders. Smiles on their faces when they serve you, interactive when you need a pick up of what to do next. It's all happening at the Levantin. And the room is just awesome, simple, quaint and cool after a day out in the Sun. 5 star's for the hotel and everyone who work hard to keep it that way. You definitely have to visit this place.

Friendly staff. Clean and affordable. The place is near Dmall and white beach. I also liked the authentic chinese food. They will give discounts on food items if you stay with this hostel.

The hotel is located at the end of the s1 beach, 10 minutes walk from the beach to the Friday sign, 20 minutes to the Reef of the Virgin, Dmall more than half an hour, and it is good to walk at night. Although the hotel is not by the sea, but the right turn for 2 minutes is the best s1 on the island's beach, especially people, the sand is also very delicate, there are several 歪 neck trees on the beach to climb, so much to attract business. Very suitable for vacation. There are only a few rooms in the hotel. Basically, all the guests can read it when they have breakfast the next morning. Breakfast is checked on a piece of paper. There are two kinds of Philippine and American styles. We stayed for three nights and basically ate all the menus. The Philippine style is mainly fried rice. There are 5 kinds of food. Very tasty, more in line with the Chinese stomach, the American style is too simple, only two pieces of bread, one egg, bacon or sausage. If the child wants pancake, there is an extra charge. The rooms are all suites, there is a big living room and terrace, I like it very much, play with water. We throw wet towels and swimsuits directly on the terrace, then take a shower in the room, it is very convenient. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. There is a desk and a large closet, but it is more ecological and dusty. The lighting in the room was insufficient, the air conditioning was too noisy, and strange animals screamed around at night, but it was not enough to be a deduction. The favorite thing is the food of his family. We eat it almost every day for dinner. We changed the pattern and tried various kinds of dishes that we could not understand. There was really no one to step on the thunder, whether it was Philippine beef chicken. American burger pasta, or Chinese chicken soup fried rice, are delicious! Let me talk about the pool that my daughter likes. The pool is really small, but there are not many guests. Most of the time, it is a swimming pool. When you are swimming, you can order in the restaurant. After a while, we will be served with a blanket. Eat, enjoy! Finally, talk about services, from the uncle of security, to every waiter, are smiles and welcome, the boss may be a Korean, did not communicate but saw him sitting at the door. Dinner can be delivered to the room, you can help to call the car to domall, the fare also helps us negotiate. It is said that there is a cemetery nearby, we have not seen it, and it has no effect.
