酒店位置很好，靠近城堡，小鎮本來就不大，步行去哪都不遠，我入住的房間面向小鎮中心廣場，晚上不知是廣場的酒吧音樂還是哪放的歌聲吵鬧得根本不能讓人入睡，音樂噪音直至凌晨一兩點，第一天辦理入住的前台人員服務很好很有禮貌，第二天遇到的前台人員囂張跋扈得讓人非常生氣，第二天下午三點回到房間，發現房間還未打掃，未打掃就算了，問前台補給洗髮水和每日一瓶的瓶裝水，結果前台説不給瓶裝水（那是入住時衹給一瓶的歡迎水）, 這荒謬的理由還是第一次聽説，我回應咱是每天都有付房費（如果我第二天先退房又再重新辦理入住也同樣有一瓶新的瓶裝水）, 前台居然説這是二星不是四星規矩由她定..,不想再計較一瓶水，咱説道把洗髮水給到我就行, 前台居然説洗髮水也不給,衹是第一天入住才有, 前台還説可以馬上退房走人，直接讓人氣炸，我大聲直呼，真的太糟糕的小酒店，我可是付了兩天的房費，而且那個洗髮水小到衹能用一次並且是洗髮沐浴兩用.., 當時也在場的女老闆不知咋又想通最後給了我一瓶裝水和洗髮水, 這反轉得讓人無語…

Such a lovely place to stay, excellent staff, room a good size, beds comfortable, easy distance to the castle and the town. Highly recommended. A great restaurant downstairs with good food and wine. An extremely pleasant stay.

В отеле пробыли одну ночь. Из плюсов только близость к замку. Минусы: нет парковки, постельное белье в пятнах, во всех углах паутина в номере, шум до поздней ночи из кафе которое находится внизу. В санузле унитаз расположен близко к умывальнику. Завтрак по типу шведский стол, но всё равно приходилось стоять в очереди за чем либо. Персонал и администрация отеля хамят и неуважительно относятся к гостям отеля. Ужасные условия. Не рекомендую!.

Из плюсов только близко к замку. Минусов много: грязные номера, во всех углах паутина, пыль на всех поверхностях. Постельное белье в пятнах. Нет парковки. И вишенка на торте- хамский персонал и обслуживание. Не рекомендую!
