Room was ok and bed comfortable Good location and free parking. However Aircon not working, the fan provided was totally inadequate to cope with a hot day..

Air con did not work. It’s June. It’s the only hotel with air con in the area and the windows barely open because the rooms should be air conditioned. I complained, did not stay, and customer services had the temerity to offer me half refund!! The hotel itself is unpleasant, looks and smells like a hospital. Clinical rooms. With a Greggs attached. Plus a local hobo living rough in a van in the car park. NEVER AGAIN! Premier inn very time.

Booked two nights but only stayed one. Room extremely compact. Terrible temperature controls. It was hot weather and we could not make the room comfortable. Unable to get much sleep. Curtains not suitable as they didn't block out the light. A bad experience.

Very good clean room. Bed a bit firm for my tastes. Good Shower. Very helpful staff, allowed us to check in a bit early. Also gave us extra teabags and milk. Very good location with Aldi, Lidl and Tescos nearby. Also a Greggs on the ground floor in the same building as the Travelodge. Very convenient. 30 minutes free wifi which worked well.

The location is great for exploring Maldon and the surrounding area. The travelodge was clean and spacious enough for us (a couple) and our baby. The only downside I would say was the shower tray didn’t drain very well while showering so could probably do with a clean. Apart from that it was great.

Lovely clean hotel, good proximity to town centre. Very quiet location after 6pm, will stay here again

The hotel was cheap and clean. Our room overlooked the Aldi parking lot. It was a bit noisy, but ok for what it was. Don't get the breakfast! It's simpy a box with pre-packed items that you can get better in a shop.
